Frankie’s wife Paula, his children Pamela, Carol, Aoife, Grace, Neil & Ben, his grandchildren, brothers, sisters & all his extended family would like to extend their most sincere thanks for the many expressions of sympathy & support shown to them throughout their recent sad loss.
Thank you to everyone who visited the funeral home & all those who attended Frankie’s removal, funeral Mass & cremation service, especially those who travelled long distances. Thank you to those who sent Mass cards, letters & texts, those who shared happy memories, kind & thoughtful words online & those who couldn’t be present but joined in the celebration of Frankie’s life via webcam. Thanks also to those who donated generously to the Irish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals in Frankie’s memory;
Heartfelt thanks to the wonderful doctors, nurses & caring staff of Wexford General Hospital who were so good to Frankie, & to us all, throughout his final weeks. Thanks also to Adrian Dunne Pharmacy for their kind assistance.
Special thanks to Fr. Dermot Byrne for his comforting prayers & beautiful funeral Mass, to the sacristy team at St. Joseph’s Church & to Karla Tracey & Bridget Kenny for such lovely music.
To our colleagues, our neighbours, our extended families & our many friends, old & new, your support & kindness will never be forgotten.
Thanks also to the management & staff of The Old Ship for their hospitality, to the team at Mount Jerome Crematorium & to all at John Sweeney and Sons Funeral Directors.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.
Frankie’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Saturday 6th December at 7pm in St. Joseph’s Church, Templerainey. Those who cannot attend are welcome to join via webcam:
