Frank, Maureen, Jim, Triona and Michael would like to offer our sincere thanks to everyone who supported us throughout our very sad loss. To our wonderful relatives, neighbours, friends and colleagues who travelled from near and far, we will never forget the kindness and compassion you have shown us. The shared memories from you all during this time, along with the many phone calls, visits, cards, flowers and words of condolences really meant so much to us. Thank you to his dear friends Mark, Kevin, Andrew, George and Loucky who travelled from the US to be with us.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust for their sensitivity, support and assistance in helping to bring Franny home to us. We would also like to thank Martin Fenton, Aras Naofa Committee, Renmore Bereavement Group, the Sisters of Mercy, Ballyloughane Road and the Garda Siochana.

Sincere thanks to Fr Declan Lohan for officiating at Franny’s Mass and for his attendance at Renville Cemetery for the burial. Thank you to Rev Martin Glynn and Fr Paddy Considine for their presence at the removal on Sunday evening. Thank you also to Franny’s wonderful nephews and nieces for their readings and prayers of the faithful during the Mass. Franny would be so proud of you all. We were grateful to have the wonderful tenor Sean Costelloe sing so beautifully and enhance the liturgy.

Thank you to the management and staff of the Galway Bay Golf Resort for a really lovely meal. We would also like to thank very sincerely Cathriona, Willie, Colm and all the staff of O’Flaherty’s for their professionalism and sensitivity in arranging Franny’s funeral.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone personally, please accept our heartfelt thank you. A special Mass will be offered for your intentions. We are grateful for your continued support and love, it is very much appreciated and will never be forgotten. Franny was much loved and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

Franny’s Month's Mind Mass will be celebrated in the Church of St Oliver Plunkett, Renmore, on Sunday, the 26th of November, at 10am.
