ACKNOWLEDGEMENT and MONTH’S MIND MASS NOTICE

Gearóid died Saturday, 10th August 2024.

 

We, the family of GEARÓID, thank most sincerely all who gave the gift of their sincere friendship and caring to Gearóid thoughout his life and especially during the time of his illness and death; those who remembered him in their prayers, who sympathised with us, attended and participated in his Funeral ceremony.

 

A sincere thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff at Cork University Hospital and Padua Clinic for their dedication and wonderful care of Gearóid. Our deep gratitude to Fr. Joyel John Michael, Cork University Hospital, for his kind care of Gearóid, to Fr. Richie Good OSA for attending Gearóid’s Removal and to Fr. Michael O’Leary, St. Joseph’s SMA Church, Wilton, for celebrating the Requiem Mass and attending at Gearóid’s burial.

 

A special word of thanks to Nóirín Ní Riain, Carol Cummins and the musicians for their beautiful contribution to the ceremony and to O’Connor’s Funeral Home, Coburg Street, for their help, kindness and professionalism throughout the Funeral. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.

 

Gearóid’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated in St. Joseph’s SMA Church, Wilton, Cork at 12 noon on Sunday, September 8th, 2024.
