George’s son Garry, his Daughter-in-law Vivienne, Grandson’s Dillon, Sam and Reece, together with his entire extended family wish to express their heartfelt gratitude for the kindness, sympathy and support received on their recent sad bereavement.

 

We would like to thank all those who attended George’s wake, Funeral Mass and Burial. Those that sent cards and those that called or text to offer condolences, it was greatly appreciated.

 

A special thank you to those who contributed to George’s funeral mass, including Canon Smith, Soloist Stephanie Behan, the readers, those that presented symbols of George’s life and Eucharistic Gifts. Such a beautiful mass would not have been possible without you.

 

To David, Owie and Martin, for helping Garry to carry his Dad to his final resting place- a heartfelt thank you!

A special thank you to those that continued to visit George after his move to the Nursing Home, he treasured your visits and the time spent together.

 

As it would be impossible to thank everyone who has supported us and continues to support us individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.

 

We loved George dearly, we will miss him forever. Will those who think of him today a little prayer to Jesus say.

 

George’s Month Mind Mass will be celebrated in St. Joseph’s Church, Newtownmountkennedy, on Sunday 12/11/23 at 11.00 a.m.
