Kelly Gerard (Gerry) Raheny Dublin 5. Died February 19th 2021. On the first Anniversary of Gerard’s death his children Caroline, Grace, David, Paula, Siobhan and the extended family, would like to thank everyone who sympathised with us on the loss of a much-loved husband, father, grandad, great-grandad and brother. We wish to express our sincere gratitude to the many people who sent cards, texts, emails, flowers, letters and left messages of condolences on RIP.ie and we are truly grateful for the continued kindness shown to us by so many friends during a very difficult year. A very special thank you to Fr Des PP for the beautiful and very personal way he referred to Gerard during the Mass and for facilitating so many friends & family to attend the Mass remotely. Operating under the strictest of Covid restrictions we would like to thank the staff of Rocks Funeral Home Swords for their professionalism and assistance shown to us. To his carer Orna for taking such great care of Gerry with great love and kindness and thank you to the homecare team. Special thanks to Joan Murray health nurse and her team from Raheny who helped dad to stay at home. A very grateful Thank you to our uncle Tom for being there for his brother and for continuing to be there for us. To those who helped in any way, your contribution made our loss bearable. Please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
