Graeme’s wife Louise, daughters Ali, Emma, Grace and Lucy, his parents Pat and Joan, sisters Karen and Eimear, brother Colin, sisters-in-law Caitlin and Jen, brothers-in-law Sean, Harry and Ciaran, parents-in-law Pat and Colette and Nana Madeline wish to acknowledge the many expressions of sympathy and gestures of immense kindness shown to us following our recent heart-breaking loss.

We offer our heartfelt thanks to the many friends, neighbours and well wishers, from all over the country and overseas, who attended Graeme’s Wake, Funeral and Cremation and those who provided emotional and practical support for us at this difficult time.

A very special word of thanks to all the staff of SVPH. Their kindness, compassion and empathy shown to Graeme and his family will never be forgotten. Graeme’s amazing medical team have such a special gift and we will always be so very grateful to them for their tireless efforts in helping Graeme over the last two years.

We would like to thank Fr. Kieran Coughlan, Fr Denis and Fr Gerry, Encore Music for the beautiful Funeral Celebration.

We would also like to thank Shay and all the staff of Kirwan Funeral Directors for their exceptionally sensitive and compassionate handling of Graeme’s arrangements.

To those who helped in any way your contribution made our loss more bearable. It is impossible to thank everyone individually. Please accept this acknowledgement as a symbol of our deepest gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.

Graeme’s Months Mind Mass will be celebrated at Church of Our Lady Mother of the Church, Castleknock at 4pm on Saturday 2nd March. All are welcome.
