Acknowledgment and First Anniversary
Gretta Grennan,
Ballycumber Road,
Ferbane,
Offaly.
We the family of the late Gretta Grennan thank most sincerely all those who sympathised and supported us during the time of our Mother's funeral and all the kind gestures at that time, and over the past year. The messages of support, by letters, emails, text messages, phone calls and online, Mass cards and sympathy cards were all hugely appreciated and brought us great comfort.
Thanks to all who lined the road when we brought Mammy home and joined in the prayers outside our house, all those who called to the house, brought food, lined the street to the Church and Cemetery, and met us in the Church grounds and Cemetery, we were extremely humbled and overwhelmed by the large numbers of people who came from far and wide to pay such a tribute to our Mother.
Special thanks to all our kind neighbours and friends, especially those lifelong friends Mammy made when she came to Ferbane over 50 years ago. We wish to thank most sincerely all those who provided medical care to Mammy, her GP, Dr Fiona Lee, the wonderful and exceptional Staff of Medical 1 at Tullamore Regional Hospital, Nurses Alice Camon and Mary Egan, her Care Assistant Janet Claffey and the Staff of Aidan Walsh's Pharmacy.
