Fifth Anniversary

In loving memory of our beautiful mum Helen whose fifth anniversary occurs on 06/02/2026.

Beautiful Mother

Another year has found its way,
since Heaven called your name,
but not a day has passed, Mom,
where life feels quite the same.
You were so beautiful inside and out,
a light no time can dim—
your love was more than comfort,
it was strength down to the brim.
You spoke with wisdom, calm and true,
with words that healed and guided,
and every storm we faced in life
felt smaller with you beside it.
You never judged, you only loved,
you lifted, you believed—
you gave us roots, you gave us wings,
even when your heart was grieved.
Your will was strong, unshaken still,
and though I cannot hold your hand,
I hold you in my heart.
So on this day I honor you,
with tears and pride and pain,
because a mother like you,
doesn’t ever fade away.
