ACKNOWLEDGEMENT and FIRST ANNIVERSARY

As we lovingly remember HELEN on her First Anniversary, her loving husband Denis, daughters Sinead, Ruth, Ciara and Denise, sisters Margaret, Bridget and Catherine, brothers John and Eddie, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law and her grandchildren would like to acknowledge the many expressions of sympathy and kindness we received from relatives, neighbours and friends during our time of loss. We sincerely thank all those who attended the Funeral and Crematorium, sent Mass cards and messages of condolence. We thank Mr. Aidan O’Sullivan Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgeon and his team, especially Deirdre O’Keeffe Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Clinical Nurse in the Mercy Hospital, Cork and Dr. Sarah Moran Consultant Nephrologist. A special thanks to Michael Burke Renal Nurse CUH and to all the nurses and doctors in the ICU Mercy Hospital, Cork for the dignified and respectful way they treated Helen while she was in their care. A special thanks to Dr Liam Motherway, Dr. John Barry and all the staff at Main St. Medical Centre, Midleton. Sincere thanks to Anthony Oosthuizen and staff at Hydes Funeral Home for their professionalism and kindness. Thanks to soloist Caroline Fraher, organist Patrick Killeen and singer George Blackshields. Thanks to Fr. John Ryan, Fr Eddie Cotter and Fr. Donal Leahy for officiating the Funeral, Cremation and Month’s Mind Mass. Please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere gratitude and appreciation.

 

 

Helen was the heart and soul of our family and enriched our lives in so many ways.

She was and is our guiding light and inspiration, and will remain in our hearts forever.

 

Helen’s First Anniversary Mass will be celebrated on Sunday April 6th at 10am in the Holy Rosary Church, Midleton.
