Acknowledgment for Hugo Gallagher (Aodh Ó Gallchóir) R.I.P.

We, Hugo’s family, would like to thank everyone who supported us through Hugo’s illness, during the time of Hugo’s death and throughout his funeral.

We are so grateful to Hugo’s family for coming from England at such a busy time and all his cousins, friends and family members who travelled from Donegal, Galway, Wexford and all throughout Ireland. A big thank you to Eily and her family and all the Moriarty families. We would like to thank all of our neighbours and friends also.

A special word of thanks to Hugo’s GP Dr Fergal Hanlon, Dr Gayle Bennett, Prof John McCaffrey and his team, Hugo’s radiotherapist Professor Donal Cagney, Deirdre in the oncology day ward and all her wonderful team in the Mater Private who looked after Hugo. Thanks to Maura the Public Health Nurse and her team, to Angela and Muriel the Community Care Nurses for their special attention.

A very special word of thanks to Fr Gregory and Fr Aloysius, all of our friends from the Parish Teams, Teams of Our Lady’s Friends including Fr John and to our Cell Friends.

Thank you to Reillys Funeral Directors for all their sympathy, support and kindness at all times.

As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please take this as a token of our appreciation for your kindness and support during our sad time.

The holy sacrifices of the Mass has been offered for your intentions.
