Jim’s sisters Mary-Jo, Elizabeth, Theresa & Angela, his brother John & all his family wish to extend sincere thanks to all those who offered sympathy & support during Jim’s brief illness, throughout his funeral & in the time since.
Thanks to those who joined in the celebration of his life, either in person or via live-stream, those who accompanied us on Jim’s final journey & attended his graveside service, those who sent Mass cards & kind online messages & those who continue to keep Jim & all our family in their thoughts & prayers. Thank you also to those who donated generously to the Wicklow Hospice Foundation in Jim’s memory.
Our heartfelt thanks to Deirdre Breslin & the Palliative Care Team who brought such comfort & dignity to Jim’s final days.
Special thanks to Jim’s dear nieces & nephews who helped prepare his beautiful memorial service & especially to those who took part – Jim would have been so proud of you all.
Thanks also to Kevin Mallen for performing some of Jim’s favourite songs - he would have loved it - & to all at John Sweeney & Sons Funeral Directors.
