ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND FIRST ANNIVERSARY

As we lovelingly remember and greatly miss Jim, his wife Breeda and family would like to thank all those who supported them during his illness, which was borne with great strength, dignity and humour. We would like to thank and acknowledge his GP's Dr. Eoin Monaghan and Dr. Conor McNeice, the trial team in the Dunmanway Day Unit, Dr. Claire Brady and nurse Nessa Gallwey, Marymount Hospice and the Homecare Team and Arc House for their professionalism and excellent care. We wish to thank Walsh's Pharmacy, Shandon Street, the Public Health Nurse and O.T. in the Orthopaedic Hospital and also O'Connor's Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge, for their guidance and support. Finally, we are truly greatful for all the Mass bouquets, Mass cards and expressions of sympathy and support which we received from extended family, friends and neighbours. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for all your intentions.
