In loving memory of James (Jim) O'Connor, Rutagh Cross, Herbertstown, Co Limerick who died on 1st May 2024.

 

As we remember James on his First Anniversary, his wife Patricia, sons John, Dermot, James, Donal and Patrick, daughter Niamh together with his sister Nora and their families would like to express their grateful appreciation to all those who sympathized with us on the loss of a dear husband, father, father-in-law, grandfather, brother, uncle, friend and neighbour.

 

Many thanks to all who sent letters, Mass cards, perpetual enrolments, phone calls, floral tributes and online condolences. We are very grateful to those who called to our home and attended James' s Removal, Funeral Mass and burial especially to those who travelled long distances.

 

A special thank you to family members, neighbours and friends for your support and kindness at that difficult time.

 

Thank you to all those who kindly brought food and refreshments.

 

Our sincere thanks to Canon Ryan, Fr. Eddie Cleary, Fr. Sean Fennelly and Fr. Anthony O’Sullivan for your prayers and support and for celebrating the funeral mass. We are very grateful to the Sacristan Anne for your help and support. 

 

Thank you to the Doctors, Nurses and staff of the Mid Western Cancer Foundation, University Hospital Limerick and his GP Dr. Lynch.

 

Thank you to Cross’s Funeral Directors, Ballyneety, Co Limerick for their professionalism and understanding at that difficult time.

 

As it is not possible to thank everyone individually, we would ask that you accept this as an expression of our sincere gratitude, the Holy Sacrifice of Mass has been offered for your intentions.

 

James’s First Anniversary Mass will be offered at St Patrick’s Church, Lough Gur, Patrickwell, Co Limerick

on Sunday 04th May 2025 at 10am.
