The family of the late James Fleming who died peacefully at his residence on the 16th of January 2023 surrounded by his loving family would like to offer their heartfelt thanks and appreciation to all who sympathised with us on our recent sad loss. We would like to thank all who attended the removal and funeral, travelled long distances, sent floral tributes, letters, Mass cards, words of condolence on RIP.ie and made charitable donations. To our wonderful family and neighbours who dropped in food and baked goods, we are truly grateful. Thank you to Prof Stack and his team in UHL, to Brendan and all the nursing staff in the Dialysis Unit and his drivers. To Dr O'Dwyer, Cappamore Medical Centre and our local First Responders, to Mary and staff in Cappamore Pharmacy and all the staff in Cappamore Heath Centre. Special mention and eternal gratitude to the Milford Home Care team and the amazing nurses that looked after and cared for James with such kindness in his final hours.
