The wife & family of the late James (Jimmy) Myler wish to extend their sincere thanks to each & everyone who sympathised with them during their recent sad loss. Thanks to all who visited the funeral home, attended Jimmy’s removal, funeral Mass & burial, sent Mass cards, all who travelled long distances, all who phoned or wrote to offer condolences & all who donated generously to the Arklow First Responders & the Wicklow Hospice Foundation in Jimmy’s memory.

Eternal thanks to neighbours, colleagues & friends whose continued kindness & support will never be forgotten & a special mention to John O’Reilly & to the Russell men whose constant friendship lifted Jimmy’s spirits throughout some very difficult days. To Stephen Burke & family, thank you for your generosity & hospitality.

Our heartfelt thanks to Dr Nick Buggle, Dr Siobhan McCabe & their team at Sheltonville Surgery & to the staff of Adrian Dunne’s Pharmacy for their kindness & professionalism. Thanks to the doctors, nurses & staff of St. James’ Hospital, especially Deirdre Grehan & “Red” who took such great care of Jimmy throughout his illness. Thanks to the C.I.T. Nurses, especially Elaine Collins & Kelly-Ann Conroy, to the Arklow District Nurses, to Rose Doyle & to the volunteer drivers from the Irish Cancer Society all of whom have made this past year more bearable for Jimmy & for all who loved him.

Special thanks to Fr Martin Cosgrove & Fr David Brough for their prayers, words of comfort & for Jimmy’s lovely funeral Mass, to Tommy Breen, Margaret Redmond & Matt Sharpe for their beautiful music & to family & friends who took part in the liturgy.

To the Crew of Arklow Lifeboat & to the Arklow Sea Ventures & Rover Scouts, Jimmy would have been honoured by your respect & consideration.

Thanks to Jim Hoey & staff at the Bridge Hotel for their wonderful hospitality, to all at John Sweeney & Sons Funeral Directors for their help, guidance & professionalism & to Bill & Joe from RSS who tended to Jimmy’s grave so beautifully. We trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.

Jimmy’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Sunday, 12th February 2017, at 11.30am in St.'s Mary & Peter's Church.
