First Anniversary

We the family of the late superhero Jamie Higgins wish to acknowledge everyone who expressed their sympathies with us through our difficult time and loss of our beautiful son Jamie.

We wish to express our heartfelt gratitude to our family, friends and our fantastic neighbours. To every single person in Cork and Newcastle who helped and supported us in our time of need thank you will never be enough. To the pupils and staff of Scoil and Spioraid Naoimh Boys, especially Jamies amazing classmates, his wonderful principal Mr. Cuthbert and his sna Valerie who he had great fun with. 

We wish to acknowledge the hard work and dedication of all the medical staff who treated Jamie continuously throughout his life in Crumlin children's hospital,  the CUH, Jamies GP and pharmacy and the Freeman Hospital Newcastle. Our biggest thank you to Jamies donor and their family. 

Thank you to O'Connors Funeral Home in Wilton, the Island Crematorium, Fr. Brophy and Bishop Buckley who under such very difficult circumstances made it that little bit more easier for us.

As it is impossible thank everyone individually we hope you accept this acknowledgement as an expresion of our sincere gratitude. 

Your wings were ready but our hearts were not.
Always loved and forever missed to heaven and back.
