ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND FIRST ANNIVERSARY
11th November 2024
Jeremiah (Jerry) Geaney
Convent Place, Off St. Mary's Rd. Cork City
As we lovingly remember JERRY on his first anniversary. His wife Rose, sons Edward, Frank, Darren, his daughters, Linda, Carol and their families, would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude to all who supported and sympathised with us on our recent bereavement.
We would like to thank everyone who called to our home, phoned, messaged, wrote online condolences, sent mass cards and floral tributes. Those who travelled far to be with us, in particular, Rose's sister Mary. Those who joined us remotely for the funeral mass, those who visited the funeral home, attended the requiem mass and burial. Thank you to our extended families, relatives, neighbours and wide circle of friends.
We would like to express our thanks to the following: Coughlan's Funeral Home for the support and guidance they gave us during this difficult time. Sr. Kevin for the prayers at the funeral home. Fr. Crowley and the choir for a lovely requiem mass. Deasy's Pharmacy in Shandon Street. St. Mary's AFC and Glen Rovers Hurling and Football Club. We'd like to express a sincere thanks to the staff at the CUH, in particular the Intensive Care Unit and Ward 3D for the incredible kindness, compassion and dignified care they showed to Jerry.
As it's impossible to thank everyone individually. please accept this as a token of our deepest gratitude.
The Holy Sacrifice of mass has been offered for your intentions.
"UNTIL THE TWELFTH OF NEVER, I'LL STILL BE LOVING YOU"
