Dad, time does not heal because I miss you every single day. The feeling of your absence gets deeper with time and life now is so different without you. The world was so much nicer with you in it. My heart is forever sad without you but I carry your gorgeous golden heart in my heart. The beautiful memories of you live forever. Your gorgeous positive influence is like no other. You had the most amazing strength and courage especially through some heartbreaking times and you always stayed compassionate, empathetic, so loyal and loving, still smiling your lovely smile. You fought so hard to stay here because you never wanted to leave your children. You will always be the brightest light shining throughout my life and I know you will keep lighting the way for me Dad. Your strength went far beyond amazing and I know that God gave you your strength. Now it is your strength Dad that keeps me going forward. Just like your own gorgeous Dad you were also a warrior and now you are together in heaven with Grandad who you absolutely adored. You are the strongest man I will ever know. You loved me unconditionally and I always felt so safe when I was with you.  There was never a day where I doubted your love and you never upset or hurt me, not even for a second. That makes you the most amazing Dad anyone could ever ask for and I'm the lucky one to have you as mine. 

You appreciated everything even the small things that others so often miss and you saw the beauty and wonder of life everywhere, especially in nature. But it was you Dad that was full of the most beautiful nature that I have ever seen in anyone. You looked at the world in such a beautiful way and you always cared about how you treated others.

You knew that it is people especially family that matter far more than any amount of money or material things. You were so forgiving and never held grudges. I will never be able to thank you enough Dad because God only knows what I'd be without you. I love being your daughter and I am forever so proud of you. Thank you so much Dad for always being there for me, for bringing so much joy and happiness into my life, for never giving up on me and for being the most trustworthy, consistent, honest, dependable, loving and caring parent I could ever wish to have. I will always have the corners of your pages in my book turned down because it is my favourite chapter. You were an angel when you were here but you are now my guardian angel forever.
