Ballinaraha, Glenmore, Co. Kilkenny. 17th January 2024.
Jim’s wife Antoinette, together with Jim’s parents Pat and Bridget, stepson Dylan, sister Eileen (Curtis) and brother Sean, would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them on their recent sad bereavement. Thank you to all those who visited our homes, attended the funeral home, requiem mass and burial, those who sent mass cards, text messages, sympathy cards, letters of sympathy, those who left beautiful messages of condolences on rip and those who travelled from far and near.
We would like to especially thank Dr. Paul O’Hara, the ambulance service and the gardai. A very special thank you to Fr. O’Toole and Fr. Barron for their prayerful support, to David Hayes and Sarah Jane Lavery for providing the beautiful music and to Glenmore GAA for providing the guard of honour, thank you to Joanne Cooney and staff for their care and professionalism.
We owe a debt of gratitude to all our relatives, great friends and neighbours who supported and helped us in every way possible. Their outstanding kindness and generosity will always be remembered and appreciated. We received goodness and kindness from so many, it’s impossible to name everyone, but we as a family will be eternally grateful for your support and friendships.
As we cannot thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our gratitude and appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
Jim’s months mind mass will take place on Saturday, February 17th, at 7pm in The Church of St. James, Glenmore.
To loose you was unbearable,
And time & time again,
We’ve tried to find a reason,
But no one can explain,
Life & death holds mysteries,
But nothing is for sure,
We Loved you then,
We love you now
And we’ll love you forever more.
