The family of Joe, his wife Fiaro and his children Deirdre, Louise, Linda, James and his brother Pat Phelan, Shankill, Dublin, wish to express our sincere gratitude for the kindness we received on the sad loss of Joe. 

Due to the restrictions last October it was difficult not being able to meet with family and friends, however we really appreciated all the Mass cards, phone calls and kind words we encountered in person and online.

Heartfelt thanks to our neighbours and friends who greeted and acccompanied the cortege from our home to the church. 

Many thanks to the staff of the Cherry Ward in Waterford Regional Hospital who cared for Joe. 

Thanks to Jim and Erich Falconer funderal directors for their professionalism and kindness. 

As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this as a token of our appreciation. Mass will be offerred for your intentions.
