John's loving son Sean and devoted daughter Gertrude, Grandchildren and Great Granddaughters, Brother Redmond, Daughter In Law Celene, Son In Law Adrian would like to extend their sincere thanks to everyone for their expressions of sympathy and support. We as a family would like to thank everyone who sent mass cards and attended the funeral especially Dads friends from his home place of Kildorrey.

Our gratitude will always be to the wonderful staff of Marymount where DAD spent the last couple of days of his life the care and compassion shown to our wonderful beloved Dad, Grandad& great Grandad by all staff  there will always  be appreciated & remembered by us. Our thanks to all staff  at CUH especially Paula and Laura of podiatry & all staff of the Mercy University Hospital especially Professor McGreal and all the staff of dressing clinic at the Mercy Hospital who always showed so much compassion and genuine kindness to DAD and myself at every appointment. Our heartfelt thanks to Norma, Dads phn who always attended to DAD with so much care, and all the public health nurses at St Mary's Health Campus. Thanks to Joe Coughlan & staff of Coughlans Funeral Home, Shandon Street for his kindness at our most difficult time and Father Maurice and singer and organist of funeral mass.

A special mention to Dad's friends who he encountered over the years in his beloved South Parish Community Centre. To all our neighbours and friends & all Dads neighbours and friends To our beloved family friend Megan who DAD loved like one of is own and to Tom and Joe thank ye. As it would be impossible to thank everyone we trust that this acknowledgment will be accepted by everyone with our sincerest  thanks.
