JOHN CRONIN
Ballyeightragh Farms,
Ballyard, Dungourney.

As we lovingly remember JOHN on his 1st Anniversary, his wife Maureen, daughter Jacquie (Mulcahy), sons Patrick, Johnny and Andy, his adored grandsons Darragh, Joey and Harry,  son in law John, also Alex, Mary-Kate and Niamh, his sisters Mary, Margaret and Cora and extended family, would like to acknowledge the many gestures of kindness, sympathy and support shown to us at the time of John’s death and over the past year.

Our sincere thanks goes out to Dr. Joe O’Keeffe, Tallow, Dr. Hugh Doran, East Cork Rapid Response, the Paramedics, members of An Garda Siochana, Midleton, Fr, Barry O’Flynn and all our kind neighbours for their support and professionalism on that sad day of June 17th 2021.

We offer our heartfelt thanks to John’s many relatives, friends and neighbours in the farming community who attended our home, the Funeral Mass and Burial. To those who lined the roads and formed a Guard of Honour on John’s final journey to his resting place, whilst adhering to the Covid guidelines in place at the time, we thank you. To those who telephoned, travelled long distances, sent floral tributes, cards and left messages of condolence on Rip.ie and to those who provided emotional and practical support, we are truly grateful.

To those who participated in the Mass especially Fr. Barry O’Flynn who’s kind words were of great comfort to us and thank you also to Fr. Michael Dorgan. A special thank you to Norah Ahern for her beautiful singing and music in the Church and at the graveside. Thanks to sacristans Maurice and Pat Lane and Yvonne for her lovely flowers. To Michael and Bernie Kearney of Kearney Catering, Tallow and Ted and Tim of Keniry’s Tallow, we thank you for all the food and refreshments provided. Finally to Anthony and Hyde’s Funeral Directors for their sensitive and professional service, we thank you.

To those who helped us in other ways, your contribution made our loss bearable. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgment as an expression of our everlasting gratitude.

John’s Anniversary Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, June 18th, in St. Peter’s Church, Dungourney.

Happy smiling, always content,
Loved and respected wherever he went,
Always so thoughtful, loving and kind,
A beautiful memory he has left behind,
Deeply missed but Never forgotten.
