John’s wife Breda & all his family wish to express their heartfelt thanks to everyone who sympathised with them on their recent sad loss. Thanks to all who visited the funeral home, attended John’s removal, funeral Mass & burial, sent Mass cards & floral tributes & all who phoned, wrote or travelled long distances to offer condolences. To extended family, neighbours, friends & colleagues both old & new, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your kindness & support will never be forgotten.

Many thanks to the team at Sheltonville Surgery & to the nurses & caring staff of Aisling House Nursing Home who cared for John during his final months.

Very special thanks to Fr Tom Coughlan for his comforting guidance & for John’s beautiful funeral mass & to Mary Graham for her lovely music.

Thanks also to Jim Hoey & staff at the Bridge Hotel for their hospitality after the funeral, to Jason Porter for tending to the grave & to Sweeney’s Funeral Directors for their kind & professional service.

We trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.
