Died July 7th, 2025.
Deirdre, Seamus, Eoin, Aoife, Cian, Helen and the Geoghegan family would like to sincerely thank all those who supported and sympathised with us on the sad loss of our beloved husband, father and brother.
We are deeply grateful to our extended family, friends, neighbours and colleagues who visited our home, attended the removal, funeral and cremation, and to all those who sent Mass cards, letters of condolence and enrolments. A heartfelt thanks to those who called with food, visited the house and supported us in our time of need. A special thank to you to grand nieces Maggie, Anna, grand nephew Humphrey, Cian’s wife Florencia and friend Paddy Commane for the wonderful music at the church and crematorium. Sincere thanks to Fr Pat Malone and Fr Harry Brady for all of their wonderful work and support. Thank you as well to the Ballybeg community, the retired members of An Garda Siochana and the Fianna Fáil party members for the guard of honour which Dad would have appreciated. We are also especially thankful to all the wonderful hardworking medical professionals in UHL, Milford, Abbey Medical and Rochfords pharmacy Westgate who cared for dad with such dedication. Our thanks also to Daniel Kennedy and all at Kennedy Funeral Directors for their kindness professionalism and support.
