The family of the late John Hudson, Limbrick, Kilanerin, Gorey, Co. Wexford who died on March 19th 2024 suddenly following an accident wish to express our heartfelt thanks for the expressions of condolence shown to us at the time of John’s sudden passing and during the weeks since.
Thank you to everyone who visited our home the funeral home, those who attended the Mass and burial of John those who sent Mass cards, letters & texts, those who shared happy memories & warm messages online & all those who travelled long distances to offer comfort & support. A special thanks to our local community for supporting our children at this time especially the children’s schools Gorey Community School who went above and beyond to get our daughter home under such difficult circumstances & Kilanerin National School. Thanks also to anyone who made donations to our chosen charities in memory of John.
A special thanks to Arklow Gardai, the Fire brigade service, the ambulance service, Bam and to all who assisted John on the roadside we are eternally grateful. Thank you to the Maryville surgery, Fr Denis Browne for the Mass & burial ceremony, Michael Flood, Trish Kavanagh & the altar servers. John would be very proud of his co truckers who turned up with the trucks to form a guard of honour for his final journey. We personally want to thank our wonderful Hudson Haulage team, your support to us as a family & your outstanding commitment will never be forgotten, we truly have a wonderful team & with your up most strength and dignity you did John proud.
