 John (Jack) Kealy

Lamberton, Arklow, Wicklow

Jack’s daughters Yvonne & Fiona, his brother, sisters & all of his extended family wish to express their heartfelt thanks to everyone who sympathised with & supported them through Jack’s sad passing & in the time since. Thanks to all who were in a position to visit the funeral home, attend Jack’s removal, funeral Mass & cremation service, send Mass cards & donate generously to the Arklow St. Vincent De Paul in Jack’s memory. Many thanks also to those who, due to current circumstances, couldn’t be there in person but kept us in their thoughts & prayers, joined us via webcam & to those who shared such wonderful thoughts, memories & words of comfort on RIP.ie.

Many thanks to all at Arklow Medical Practice & to the doctors, nurses & staff of the Nightingale Ward at Blackrock Hospital for their great care throughout Jack’s final weeks. Thank you also to the kind & helpful staff of Armstrong Life Pharmacy.

Very special thanks to Fr Pádraig Ó’Cochláin for his prayers, guidance & lovely funeral Mass, to our cousins Elaine & Sharon & our neighbour Rosarie for such wonderful music & to Nora for singing that beautiful reflection; Jack would have loved it.

Our sincere thanks to Fr. Joe Kennedy for celebrating Jack’s cremation service, to the staff of Mount Jerome Crematorium & to all at John Sweeney & Sons Funeral Directors.

We trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.

Jack’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Sunday 4th October at 11.30am in St.’s Mary & Peter’s Church. Those who cannot attend are welcome to join via the parish webcam.
