As we lovingly remember our Dad on the first anniversary of his death (1st April 2022), his children Sinéad & Stuart would like to express their gratitude to their extended family, friends and well-wishers and to all those who supported us in many different ways on our sad loss. We appreciate the effort everyone made in what were unprecedented and difficult circumstances at the time due to public health restrictions. 

We wish to offer our heartfelt thanks to the doctors and nurses of the Bons Secours Hospital who took great care of Dad during the short time he was there, to his friends and comrades from Band 1 Brigade, Collins Barracks, to the team of O Conor’s funeral home, North Gate Bridge and to both Fr John Farranree and Fr Pat Carrigaline for their support and guidance in celebrating a Funeral Mass for Dad.

 As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude. The Holy sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
