When a cure was not to be,

We watched you fade away;

A golden heart stopped beating,
Hard working hands at rest,
It broke our hearts to see you go,
God only takes the best.

We would like to express our deepest appreciation to all who sympathised with us on the loss of John. We wish to sincerely thank the nurse's and staff of Marymount hospice for the care and kindness they showed John.

And also the homecare nurse's from Glanmire and Cuh hospital and ambulance crew,  who went above and beyond for John.

And also to O Connor's funeral home for there guidance and professionalism throughout.
