The parents Stephen & Betty, brothers Michael, Denis & Stephen of the late John Paul O’Driscoll, “Marden”, Curraheen Road, Bishopstown, who died on the 25th November 2020 would like to thank most sincerely all of those who sympathised with them on their tragic loss.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, John Paul’s funeral was held privately, but we were incredibly moved by everyone who phoned, sent Mass Cards, Perpetual Enrolments, letters and wrote online condolences.

Thank you to our kind relatives, neighbours and friends for their support and generosity which they gave to us at the time of John Paul’s death and since then.

A special word of thanks to our Parish Priest, Fr. Criostóir Mac Donald for his support throughout this period and for celebrating John Paul’s Requiem Mass, making it so personal and meaningful.  Also, to Dan Twomey (soloist), Richard Rudkins (organist) for providing the music, and Harry Spillett (Sacristan) for his help and assistance.

Finally, our thanks to the personnel of O’Connor Bros. Funeral Homes, North Gate Bridge for their professional handling of arrangements and to the staff of St. James Cemetery, Chetwynd.
