The parents, Gerard and Kathleen, of the late Johnpaul of Maidstone, Kent and Togher, Cork who died on 11th January 2023 would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with us on our great loss, all our sons and daughters and their families who rally around to be there for one another. We would like to thank the Kevin Bell Trust for bringing Johnpaul home to us we. Will be forever grateful. We would also like to thank our own brothers and sisters who have been there for us since the sad news broke.

 

We offer our heartfelt thanks to the many friends, neighbours in Blackwater Grove and the people in Togher Community and surrounding areas well-wishers who visited our home, attended the service and burial and who provided emotional and practical support for us at this difficult time. For those who telephoned, travelled long distances, sent floral tributes, cards and messages of condolences, as well as those who made charitable donations, we are truly grateful.

 

A special word of thanks to Fr Walsh of Togher Church, Togher Garda Station, Kent  Police Jerh O'Connor Funeral Home, the funeral home in Kent, the people that travelled from Limerick, Tipp ,Cavan and England and Johnpaul, very close friends Pat and Katrice.

 

To those who helped in any way, your contribution made our loss more bearable. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.

 

The First Anniversary Mass for Johnpaul will be held on 13th January at 6.30pm in Togher Parish Church. All welcome.
