Josie's children Gerard, Terence, Josephine and Maurice, together with her extended family, would most sincerely like to thank everyone who offered condolences and support throughout their mother's funeral. Thanks to the many friends, neighbours and well-wishers who visited Josie's home and attended her funeral Mass and burial.

Special thanks to those who made charitable donations, sent cards, texts, and shared happy memories and warm wishes online. Special appreciation and gratitude is extended to all the staff and management of Millmount House, Moorehall Lodge, Drogheda, for their dedicated care and respect shown to our mam at all times; and to the doctors and nurses of OLOL Hospital, Drogheda, who looked after our mother with great kindness and dignity in the last days of her life.

Special thanks to Fr Murtagh for celebrating such a beautiful Mass for Josie and to Dessie Connor for his thoughtful and sensitive handling of the funeral arrangements during this difficult time. Thanks to Lannleire GFC for the Guard Of Honour.

Please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our sincere gratitude to everyone as it is impossible to thank you all individually. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.

The Month's Mind Mass for Josie will be held on Sunday, 5th June, at 11.30am in Dunleer Parish Church.
