Who passed away on the 15th of August 2019.

His family wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them on their sad loss.

We offer our heartfelt thanks to the many relatives, friends, neighbours and work colleagues of Karl who helped and supported us during Karl's sickness and who attended the funeral and who provided support to us at this difficult time.

A special word of thanks to our family doctor Dr Zita Dillon, local chemist Marion Kiely, nurses Rachel and Nessa from Our Lady's Harold's Cross who visited Karl at his family home.

We would also like to thank the doctors, nurses and all the staff at Our Lady's Harold's Cross for the unbelievable care that Karl received during his time there we are truly grateful.

Please accept this as a token of our appreciation and gratitude.
