 Kathleen Clarke
(née Campbell)

Corvally, Carrickmacross, Monaghan / Cavan

The family of the late Kathleen Clarke (née Campbell) who died on 6th August 2021, wish to express our sincere gratitude to all who sympathised and supported us following our recent bereavement. Our sincere thanks to our relatives, neighbours and friends for all your kindness and support.

We are very appreciative of those who sent condolences online, telephoned, sent cards, donated to their chosen charities and to those who travelled long distances to be with us.

Thank you to all those who attended Lonergan’s Funeral Home to offer their condolences and to those who lined the route to the church to pay their respects to Kathleen.

Equally, we wish to thank everyone who joined in Kathleen’s funeral Mass via the webcam.

A very special word of thanks to the nurses, carers and support staff of Castleross Nursing Home, for the wonderful care of Kathleen and in particular for their compassion and care during Kathleen’s final days. We would also like to acknowledge the wonderful care given to Kathleen by the health professionals who cared for her in her own home and to the staff of Eakin’s Pharmacy for their personal attention throughout the years. Thank you to An Garda Síochána for their traffic management on the morning of Kathleen’s funeral.

Special thanks to Mgr Shane McCaughey and Fr Dermot Prior for concelebrating Kathleen’s funeral Mass and a special word of thanks to Mgr Shane for a most meaningful homily. Thanks also to Barry J. Hughes for the beautiful music in the church and to Lucy Cooney for her care and attention in the preparation of the church.

We would like to thank Lonergan’s Funeral Directors for looking after all the arrangements and acknowledge their professionalism and attention to detail while guiding our family through this difficult time. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude.

The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.

Kathleen’s Month Memory Mass will be celebrated in St. John The Evangelist Church, Raferagh, on Sunday 26/09/2021 at 11:00am.
