ACKNOWLEDGEMENT and FIRST ANNIVERSARY

16th MAY 2024

On Mam’s first anniversary (16th May 2025) her daughter Mary and daughter-in-law Colleen give thanks for all of Mam’s living and departed friends, relatives and neighbours who loved and supported Mam during her lifetime, and who remember her in death.  A special mention to her good friend and neighbour Pat.

Mam bore her final illness with incredible dignity and strength, and we are grateful for the lessons she taught us. 

We would also like to say thank you to all our friends, our work colleagues, and relatives who supported us while Mam was ill, at the time of Mam’s passing, and ever since.  We feel kindness all around us.  As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere gratitude and appreciation. 

We also remember at this time and always, Denis, Mam’s beloved husband, whose 40th anniversary will occur on 18th October 2025.

Kathleen’s First Anniversary Mass will be celebrated on Sunday 18th May 2025 at 11am 

in St Finbarr’s South Church (‘South Chapel’), Dunbar St., Cork City
