Who died on March 9th, 2022.
Wife Breda and daughter Nicola wish to thank those who sympathised with us on our recent sad loss of Keith. We would like to extend our gratitude to the members of the O’Mara and Twist families who were our tower of strength at this heartbreaking time in all our lives.
Thank you to Dr. O’Nuallain and our sincere thanks also to the staff of the Cardiac Unit at University Hospital Waterford for the wonderful care they took of Keith during his final illness. We are equally thankful to the staff of Delaney’s Pharmacy, Johnstown, all of whom Keith knew by name and always found time for a chat when he visited the Pharmacy.
Keith’s passion was rugby and especially Waterford City Rugby Football Club of which he served as president on three occasions. To the members of the club we want to say a particular thank you for your support and assistance. Thanks to all those who formed the guard of honour and those who carried Keith’s coffin into and out of the Sacred Heart Church, The Folly.
A special thank you also to Fr. Gerry Chestnutt, PP of the Sacred Heart Parish for his kindness and support in the days prior to and after Keith’s funeral Mass, also to the organist and soloist who provided the beautiful music throughout the Mass.
The support from funeral director, John Thompson and his staff, is hugely appreciated. We are thankful for their guidance and support during what was a very difficult time.
Last but not least thank you to all our neighbours and friends in Waterford and many parts of the UK. Your telephone calls, messages of sympathy and Mass Cards helped ease the burden of our grief. Thanks to those who called personally to our home. Your presence was appreciated.
For all of you the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
