Liam Carey

 Liam Carey

Arklow, Wicklow

Liam’s wife Teresa, his son Jason and daughter Laura, his brothers, sister and all his family would like to sincerely thank each and every person who supported them through their recent sad loss.

Thank you to everyone who visited the funeral home, those who attended Liam’s removal, funeral Mass and burial, to all those who sent Mass cards and floral tributes, letters and texts and those who shared words of warmth and comfort online. Thank you to those who travelled long distances, to those who couldn’t be present but joined in the celebration of Liam’s life via webcam and to those who donated generously to Arklow Cancer Support Group in Liam’s memory;

www.arklowcancersupport.ie.

Our heartfelt gratitude to the wonderful staff of St. Vincent’s Private Hospital for their exceptional care throughout Liam’s illness and to the team at Arklow Cancer Support Group for their continued help and kindness.

A very special thank you to Fr. Pádraig Ó’Cochláin for his prayers, guidance and beautiful funeral Mass and to Michael Flood and Patricia Kavanagh for such wonderful music.

To our colleagues, neighbours and friends and to our extended family, your constant and continued support will never be forgotten.

Thank you to Jim and May Hoey and their staff in The Bridge Hotel for their hospitality, to Jason and Tom for tending to the grave and to all at John Sweeney and Sons Funeral Directors.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.

Liam’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Saturday 14th February at 6.30pm in St.’s Mary and Peter’s Church. Those who cannot attend are welcome to join via webcam;
