LIAM QUINN

 LIAM QUINN

St. Alphonsus' Road, Dundalk, Louth

Liam’s wife Tracey, son Mark, brothers Mickey, Dixie, Gerard and John and their family would like to express their sincere appreciation to all who sympathised with them on the loss of Liam. We are grateful to all who sent messages of support and condolence, made donations to the hospice or came in person to remember Liam. We are thankful for the care Liam received throughout his illness. In particular, we want to acknowledge all at St. Francis’ Hospice, Blanchardstown whose exceptional care we will never forget as they did everything possible for Liam and ourselves through difficult days. Our gratitude too to the staff of Smyth’s Pharmacy who were always on hand to help. A special word of thanks to Fr. Ryan Holovlasky CSsR, St. Joseph’s, who led the funeral ceremony and provided the family with welcome spiritual support. Liam made many friends and touched lives and we deeply appreciate the presence and friendship of those special people during his illness and since his passing- his friends at Cooley Distillery, Sevens, the Leeds United Supporters Club and wider Leeds United family, those in the local soccer and Gaelic football scene which Liam was a part of for so long and those good friends and neighbours who are always only a phone call away. We wish to acknowledge all of Liam and Tracey’s families for all of their help and support previously and as we navigate this new era. Finally, we are grateful to Annette and all at Quinn’s who gave Liam the send off he requested, personal and meaningful, his way.

We continue to be grateful to and thankful for you all every day.

Liam will be remembered at Mass on Saturday, July 20th in St. Patrick’s Cathedral at 6pm.
