Lillie’s children Jacqueline, Todd & Desmond & their families wish to express our heartfelt thanks for the many expressions of sympathy & support we received throughout Lillie’s illness, at the time of her funeral & during the time since.
Thank you to everyone who visited the funeral home, attended Lillie's removal, funeral Mass & burial, sent Mass cards, letters & texts, those who shared happy memories & warm messages online, those who travelled long distances to offer comfort & support & those who couldn’t be present but joined us in the celebration of Lillie’s life via webcam.
Our most sincere thanks to Dr. Frank Callan & the team at Maryville Surgery, to the doctors, nurses & caring staff of St. Colmcille’s & St. Vincent’s Hospitals, to the nurses & staff of Arklow Health Centre & to the kind & caring staff of Adrian Dunne Pharmacy.
Special thanks to Fr. David Brough for his prayers, comforting guidance & beautiful funeral Mass & to Michael Flood & Trish Kavanagh for such lovely music
To our extended families & to our lifelong neighbours & friends, your kindness & support will never be forgotten.
Thanks also to Joe & Tom from R.S.S. for tending to the grave & to all at John Sweeney & Sons Funeral Directors.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for the intentions of all.
Lillie’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Sunday 1st October at 11.30am in St.’s Mary & Peter’s Church & those who cannot attend are welcome to join via the church webcam;
