Margaret’s husband Eugene, son Wayne, daughters Lisa & Tracy, her brothers, sister & all her family would like to express their most sincere thanks to all those who offered sympathy, support & kind assistance throughout Margaret’s illness, at the time of her funeral & during the weeks since.
Thank you to everyone who visited our home, attended Margaret’s removal, funeral Mass & burial, sent Mass cards, letters, texts & floral tributes, to those who shared happy memories & warm wishes online & to all those who travelled long distances to be with us.
Special thanks to Dr. Neil Golden, Dr. Vincent Pippet, Dr. Nicholas Byrne & most recently Dr. Joe Keena & all the team at Westmount Clinic for their wonderful care throughout the years.
Our heartfelt thanks to Fr Michael Murphy for his prayers & guidance & to the sacristy team at St. Mary & Patrick’s Church who helped make Margaret’s funeral Mass so beautiful.
To our own extended families, our wonderful neighbours & dear friends, your kindness & generosity of spirit will never be forgotten.
Special thanks to Margaret’s son-in-law Wayne Hudson & to Cecil Hudson, David Kinsella & John Humphries for tending to Margaret’s grave. Thanks also to Peter Dempsey who released the doves in tribute to Margaret, to the management & staff of Fitzgerald’s of Avoca for their hospitality & to all at John Sweeney & Sons Funeral Directors.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.
Margaret’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Sunday 4th December at 11.30am on St.’s Mary & Patrick’s Church, Avoca & those who cannot attend are welcome to join via the church webcam
