First Anniversary. 

In loving memory of Margaret Healy (nee Barrett), whose first anniversary occurs on May 4th.

Deeply loved, sadly missed and always remembered by her loving daughter Sonia, son in law John and grandson Jack.  

My mom, my best friend, a life intertwined,

A love so deep, a bond we'd always find.

Through thick and thin, we'd laugh and cry

A partnership strong, reaching for the sky.

Your gentle hand, a guiding star,

You held me close, near and far.

Your wisdom shone, a beacon light,

You made my world a sweeter sight.

You were my confidante, my rock, my guide,

With you by my side, there was no where to hide.

We shared our dreams, our hope and fears, 

Wiped away the lonely tears.

Now you're gone, a void within my heart,

A piece of me, torn right apart.

But your memory, a treasure I hold

A story of love forever told.

Though distance may keep us far,

Your love shines on, a guiding star.

In every sunset, every sunrise,

I'll feel your presence, in my heart's wise.

Farewell, my mom, my love, my dearest friend,

Your memory, a love without an end.

May peace find you, in the world above,

Until we meet again, in endless love.

An anniversary mass will be in the North Cathedral, on Sunday May 4th at 9am.
