Margaret’s daughter Tracey, her grandchildren Kayla & Leon, Tracey’s partner Eoin, along with Margaret’s brothers Joe, Leo, Patrick, Paul, Lindsay, Myles, James, Anthony and Brendan, wish to extend our heartfelt thanks for all the kind expressions of condolence and the exceptional support we received over the past three months and throughout the funeral.

We thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with us on the loss of our beloved Mags, those who attended the removal, funeral mass and burial, all who sent mass cards, sympathy cards, all who called to the funeral home, those who travelled long distances to be with us and all who made donations to Wicklow Hospice Wicklow Hospice, Our Lady’s Hospice & Care Services

Our thanks to Fr. David Brough for celebrating such a beautiful funeral Mass, thank you to Michael Flood and Trish Kavanagh for their wonderful music.

Tracey wishes to offer her heartfelt appreciation to Wicklow Hospice & The Palliative Care team, especially Deirdre Breslin for the care and support given to Margaret, also The Oncology Team at St. Vincent’s University Hospital, Dublin. Thank you to O’Meara’s Pharmacy, Armstrong’s Life Pharmacy and their Staff for the kindness shown to Mammy over the years.

I am eternally grateful to my aunt Helena and all the team at Hudson Funeral Directors who showed so much support, compassion and professionalism. Thank you to Joe and Tom, who took such good care getting Mammy’s final resting place ready.  Thanks to Seán Condren and staff at The Old Ship for their hospitality.

A special word of thanks to Mammy’s friends, especially Trish, Margaret & Caroline who always had the craic.  Thank you to Eoin’s family, Tracey’s aunties Pam, Ann & Amy, Gavin & all of Tracey’s close friends (The Girls). Our grateful thanks to our very kind relatives, friends and neighbours who helped in any way.

The memories and kind words you shared over the days of my beloved Mam’s Funeral will always be a source of comfort to me. Due to the amount of support I received it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, I trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of my heartfelt appreciation.

Margaret’s month’s mind Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, 23rd July, at 6.30pm in The Church of Saints Mary & Peter, Arklow.
