We the family of Margaret, Marian, Joseph, Ray, Michelle, Eileen, and Andrea. Her brother Charlie; Sons in-law; Daughter in law; Partners; grandchildren; great-grandchildren, and extended family, would like to express our sincere gratitude for the kindness, sympathy and support we received during our recent bereavement.
To everyone who called to the house, attended the funeral, travelled long distances to be with us; those who sent Mass cards; telephoned; sent text messages, and wrote online condolences. To all who brought food and refreshments, especially the Glencarn Hotel, Concra Wood, and Gerry’s takeaway, and those who gave their time to serve refreshments, we wish to offer a sincere thank you.
To Brendan Hughes & Sons, Funeral Directors for the professional and compassionate way they conducted Mam’s funeral arrangements. To the gravediggers who so carefully prepared Mam’s final resting place, please accept our gratitude.
A very special thank you to Fr. Stephen Duffy (Celebrant), Canon Patrick Mc Ginn, and Fr. Leo Creelman, who concelebrated a beautiful mass to celebrate Mam’s life.
To those who made the liturgy so special, Aishling Mc Cabe for the beautiful music, and a very special word of thanks to Michael Lynch for the saxophone instrumental. Thank you to the Eucharistic Ministers, the Sacristan, and those who gave a donation towards St. Mary’s Church building fund.
To the Nurses and Staff of Killanny House, Castleross we cannot thank you enough for the care, kindness, and compassion you gave Mam in her final months, also to the Doctors and Nurses of our Lady’s Hospital Drogheda.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere appreciation. The holy sacrifice of the mass will be offered for your intentions.
Margaret’s Months Mind Mass will be celebrated on Saturday the 23rd of December at 6 o’clock in St. Mary's Church, Castleblayney.
