Acknowledgement and First Anniversary

As we lovingly remember Rita on her first anniversary, we her family wish to express our deep gratitude to all who supported us and sympathised with us on our sad loss. Thanks to those who attended the funeral, sent mass cards, messages of sympathy and online condolences. Also to those who visited our home and brought food and refreshments, your kind gestures were appreciated and did not go unnoticed. A special word of thanks to Dr. Brian O’Connell and her neighbour Fiona for the excellent care they provided. To all those who officiated at her funeral mass and O’Reilly’s Undertakers for their professionalism.

The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.

God called your name so softly that only you could hear,

And no one heard the footsteps of angels drawing near,

The Golden Gates stood open, God saw you needed rest,

His garden must be beautiful, He only takes the best.

Rita’s anniversary mass will be celebrated on Sunday, 10th December, in St. Joseph’s Church, Lismire at 11am.
