As we lovingly remember our beloved mother, Marian, on the first anniversary of her passing, 10th March, we, her children Lloyd, Dawn, and Gary, grandchildren, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, sister, brothers and extended family, wish to express our sincere gratitude to all those who supported us throughout the past year and for the many expressions of sympathy following our Mam’s passing.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the doctors, nurses, and staff at Mercy Hospital and Cork University Hospital for the compassion and care they provided to our Mam, especially in her final days.

A special word of thanks to Dr. Barry and the staff at Shandon Street Medical Centre and Irwin’s Pharmacy, Shandon Street for their kindness and care shown to Mam over the years.

We would also like to extend our thanks to O’Connor Funeral Homes, North Gate Bridge for their compassionate guidance and professionalism. Our deepest gratitude goes to Fr. Aidan, Linda Kenny and all who contributed to the beautiful funeral Mass in celebration of our Mam’s life.

We are truly grateful to all who attended the funeral prayer service, Mass and burial and to everyone who travelled to be with us during this sad time. We also thank those who sent floral tributes, Mass cards, and messages of sympathy.

A heartfelt thank you to our wonderful neighbours, relatives, friends and work colleagues who went above and beyond for us. Your kindness and support have been invaluable and we will forever be grateful.

As it would be impossible to mention everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgment as a token of our appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for all your intentions as an expression of our deepest gratitude.
