The family of the late Marie O'Connor of Hilltop, Carins Hill, Sligo & formerly of Abbey Street, Ballinrobe, Co. Mayo, wishes to acknowledge the many expressions of sympathy and gestures of kindness shown to us following our sad loss. 

We offer our thanks to our many friends and neighbors who attended Marie's wake, service and burial and who provided emotional support for us at this difficult time. 

We also offer thanks to the grave diggers, those who travelled long distances, sent floral tributes, cards and messages of condolences as well as those who made charitable donations. Thanks to all those who participated in the Mass especially Fr. Carroll, Fr. Gormally, & Fr. Costello, the readers, musicians Bertie and Michael O’Domhnaill, the church choir and Cummins Funeral Directors. 

We offer our heartfelt thanks to the nurses, staff and management of Cregg House, Sligo for their kindness and love they have always given to Marie and our family, also a special word of thanks to all of Marie's friends who have always been there for her. 

Again, thank you to all the people who have helped us in any way, your contribution made our loss more bearable. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude.
