Marie’s husband Tim, sons Brian & Colm & all our family wish to express our most sincere thanks to everyone who offered sympathy & support throughout Marie’s funeral and during the weeks since.

Thank you to all those who visited our home, attended Marie’s removal, funeral Mass & burial, sent Mass cards, letters & floral tributes & to all those who travelled long distances to be with us. Thanks also to all those who phoned, wrote or shared kind messages & happy memories online & to those who could not be present but joined us via live-stream.

Heartfelt thanks to Emergency Services, especially the Arklow Gardaí & the crew of Arklow Ambulance who assisted us with kindness & compassion in our hour of need.

Special thanks to Fr. David Brough for his prayers, guidance & beautiful funeral Mass & to Michael Flood & Trish Kavanagh for such lovely music.

To our extended families, our colleagues, neighbours and wonderful friends, the consideration, generosity and kindness you have shown is much appreciated.

Thanks also to Peter Dempsey for his graveside gesture, to the management and staff of the Arklow Bay Hotel for their hospitality after the funeral, to Joe and Tom from R.S.S. for tending to the grave & to all at John Sweeney and Sons Funeral Directors.
