 Mark Bergin

Ballycapple Hill, Redcross, Wicklow / Manor Kilbride, Wicklow

Mark’s wife Jennifer, the Bergin and Conway Families wish to extend their most sincere gratitude to each and every person who offered support during our very sad and sudden loss.

Thank you to everyone who attended Mark’s Funeral, sent Mass Cards, floral tributes, phoned, texted or shared online condolences. To our extended families, neighbours, colleagues and friends and to everyone who travelled long distances, your thoughtfulness and support will never be forgotten.

Our heartfelt thanks to Fr. Donal Roche for attending Mark’s Removal and for celebrating such a beautiful Funeral Reception and Requiem Mass, to the vestry team in Barndarrig, to Fr. Sean Dempsey and Fr. Eamonn Crossan.  To Lorraine Willoughby for the lovely music and to all at Brennan Woulahan Funeral Directors.  To Fr. Vincent Dempsey and Fr. Joseph Doran RIP for their many visits and kindnesses to Mark. To all those who donated to the MS Care Centre Collection in memory of Mark, we are truly appreciative.

Thanks also to Ann, Dymphna, Stephen and Henry for their kindness, support and friendship, throughout these most difficult days we will be forever grateful.

A special word of thanks to all of Mark’s wonderful home carers, Dr Finnegan and the Staff at Salem Medical Centre, Avoca Pharamacy, Mark’s Medical Teams in Saint Vincent’s Hospital and Saint James’s Hospital, his extended care team of PHN’S, Physios, OT’S and Speech Therapists and the Respite Team at the MS Care Centre.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.

Mark’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated in St. Mary’s Church, Barndarrig, on Saturday 5th November at 7pm.
