SEVENTH ANNIVERSARY
In loving memory of our Son Mark, whose Seventh Anniversary occurs today.
A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands at rest.
It broke our hearts to lose you, God only takes the best.
If tears could build a stairway, and memories a lane,
We'd walk right up to heaven and bring you back again.
Just a prayer from the family who loves you, just a memory fond and true,
In our hearts you will live forever, because we thought the world of you.
God called your name so softly, that only you could hear,
And no one heard the footsteps of Angels drawing near.
The golden gates stood open, God saw you needed rest,
His garden must be beautiful, he only takes the best.
There comes a time for all of us when we must say goodbye,
But memories of those we love live on and never die.
A page in the book of memory, silently turns today.
We remember you in silence and make no outward show,
And what it meant to lose you, no one will ever know.
We think of you in silence Mark, we often speak your name,
But all we have are memories, and your picture in a frame.
Your resting place we visit and put flowers there with care,
But no one knows the heartache Mark, as we turn and leave you there.
Lovingly thought of everyday by your heartbroken Mam Patsy, Dad Frank, Sister Rosarie, Brother's Edward, William, Francis and Anthony, Nephews, Nieces and extended family.
