The family of the late

of Hazelville, Onslow Gardens,

who died on October 18th, 2022,

would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with us on our great loss of a beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother.

We offer our heartfelt thanks to our family, friends and neighbours who attended Martin's funeral and continue to be a huge support to us on our great loss, we are truly grateful.

A sincere thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff of the Renal Unit, Cork University Hospital for their kindness, care and respect shown to Martin throughout his years of illness.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
