The family of the late Mary Byrne of Plattenstown,  Arklow, Co. Wicklow, formerly of Camolin, Co. Wexford would like to acknowledge the many expressions of sympathy and gestures of kindness shown to us following our loss.

We offer our thanks to the many friends, neighbours and well wishers who attended the wake, funeral and burial. For those who offered emotional and practical support during this difficult time, we thank you. 

We greatly appreciate all those who travelled long distances, sent cards and messages of condolences and made a donation to the Arklow Cancer Support Group.  

A special word of thanks to Adrian Dunne Pharmacy,  Gorey Family Practice, St. Anne's Ward and ICU of St. Vincent's University Hospital ; to all who participated in the Funeral Mass, especially Fr. David and the musicians Michael and Patricia; and finally,  to Helena and all of  Hudson Funeral Directors for their sensitive and professional handling of arrangements.  

To all those who helped in any way we offer our heartfelt thanks for making our loss more bearable.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our gratitude.

Mary's month's mind Mass will be held on Sunday, 26th June, at 11.30 am in The Church of Saints Mary and Peter, Arklow.
